Speed Stars mod APK
A mod APK is someone else’s Android package with changes the Play Store did not ship. This page compares the version numbers those pages print with the Play Store. It does not link a file, and it does not walk through a sideload.
Versions a mirror printed
PlayMods, checked 2026-10-23, listed a “Speed Stars MOD APK” at v2.54 dated 21 October 2026, about 130 MB, Android 7.0 or later. Its older labels were 2.51 (22 Apr), 2.52 (27 Apr), and 2.53 (22 Jun). Google Play showed 2.55 updated 14 October 2026. The mirror was already one store build behind, and the package name on that page is com.lukedoukakis.speedstars1 — an extra “1” compared with the Play id com.lukedoukakis.speedstars.

What the blurbs claim
The mirror text says “unlock all chapters,” unlimited customization, and no ads. The official descriptions name distances and events rather than chapters, so that wording does not match the documented game. “No ads” is the mirror’s claim; this site has not inspected the package to establish how it changes advertising. A modified package may not be compatible with official updates, depending on its package identity and signing certificate.
Risks, in plain language
- The package signature has not been verified here. Do not assume it matches the developer’s certificate or that a later mirror upload has the same publisher.
- Check the permissions requested by the actual package. Google Play’s Data safety disclosure describes the official app and does not verify a modified package.
- An older package may lack later fixes. The 2.55 release note does not name the bugs, and this site has not verified claims that an older build preserves a particular glitch.
- Your Google account and payment info do not belong in a package that already changed the game.
Compare a mirror’s dated version label with the official Play listing before deciding whether it is current. Removing an unknown package and reinstalling from Google Play can affect local progress; the store page does not promise that a save can be restored.
Return to the official Android app
- Record your player name and any account details shown inside the app. Check the official support options before removing anything if you need help preserving progress.
- In Android Settings, open the app’s information page and uninstall the modified package. Menu names vary by phone. This can remove local app data.
- Open the Google Play listing linked on our download page and install from there. Check that the store developer is Miniclip.com and the listing package is com.lukedoukakis.speedstars.
- Use the official app’s supported account or purchase-restoration options if available. Reinstallation does not guarantee recovery of progress from a modified package.

FAQ
What is the latest Speed Stars mod APK version?
The PlayMods page checked 2026-10-23 listed 2.54, dated 21 October 2026. Google Play listed 2.55 on 14 October 2026. The store build is the newer one. This site does not host either file.
Why do people want an old mod APK?
Mirror pages advertise removed ads and unlocked purchases. Some players may also seek older gameplay behavior, but this site has not verified those motives or any claimed glitch. An older package may miss fixes in later official updates.
